Delivery Terms and Conditions

Certain UK addresses are subject to different rates and timescales. These exceptions are listed below.

Our Next Day Express/UK Before 10am/UK Before 12pm delivery options guarantee next working day delivery for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri , and that are being delivered to a U.K. Mainland address. On Fridays 'Next Day' means Monday. Our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday unless you opt for UK Saturday Delivery. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm, whilst UK Saturday Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm on a Saturday. Your gifts will require a signature as they are being delivered by our couriers.

Please note: that our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays including Good Friday. The delivery will be made the next working day.

* Some products are an exception to this as they are despatched direct from our suppliers and will have a longer delivery time. If this is the case then the despatch time will be clearly stated on the product under the add to cart button and Next Day Express Delivery will not be an option.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot offer express delivery on all of our product range. If an order is available for express delivery this will be clearly indicated on the checkout page.

Out of Stock Products

If a product is out of stock then you will not be able to order the product and it will be marked as Sold Out. To be notified when the item is back in stock please enter your email address in the box provided and click go. You will then be sent an email as soon as the item arrives back in stock.

Pre Order Products

If an item is temporarily out of stock then there will be a Pre-order button, which will allow you to place an order for the item prior to it coming into stock. As soon as the item comes into stock the order will be processed and shipped out to you.

Exceptions

There are however a few exceptions to the standard delivery terms. These are:

• UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
• Northern Ireland.
• Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
• Parts of Scotland.

Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail to the above areas and will still maintain the standard delivery status.

Some larger items delivered to the above areas may incur an extra delivery charge. If this is the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you.

Personalised/Handmade Products

The Vault Distribution continually look to carry a wide and varied range of innovative, unique and premium quality products. A number of these are personalised or handmade. Likewise a number of the products are bespoke and made for the customer on an individual basis.

The upshot of this is that we have a wide and varied fluctuation on our delivery times ranging from next day through to a month.

In all instances however, the estimated dispatch time is indicated with regards to every individual product.

The Vault Distribution will endeavour to dispatch these products within the said dispatch times, and in the vast majority of cases, we will actually dispatch earlier than the allotted time.

We endeavour to meet our products estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4:00pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
