How we process credit/debit card and personal data

All card and personal data is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is safe from interception. Throughout the "Checkout" process our web address is proceeded by "https" to indicate that secure encryption is active. Depending on the web browser you are using, a padlock symbol may also be used to indicate a secure connection is active. You can click on the padlock to view details of our secure certificate.

Credit card payments are processed by Sagepay, an independent payment service provider (PSP) and an industry approved transaction handler. Once payment has been processed, card details are deleted from our system. Other than the card type and last 4 digits - which we retain for your convenience to enable you to identify the card used in case of future queries - we do not store any card details.
